Lent
Re: Lent 2010
I love Lent, much more than the Christmas festivities> I like lent mostly due to the fact that incorporates many functions in church. Next Friday at our town and in all towns and villages in Malta, the memory of Our Lady of Sorrows will be remembered. We will be having a procession with the statue of Our Lady. Many people attend to these processions as most of the maltese people are devotees. On Good Friday we will be having a procession with various statues that represent Jesus in various stages leading to his crusification. Lent is a time for personal reflection!!!
